If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, or just happen to change your mind once you’ve received your jewelry, we offer refund/exchanges/credit if returned within 15 days of delivery. The jewelry must be in new & unused condition.
To exercise the return right, you should make an unequivocal statement by email within 15 days of receipt of goods.
Shipping & handling costs for returns/exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
Custom & personalized orders are non refundable/exchangeable.
We carefully inspect each piece of jewelry before it leaves our workshop and want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you do happen to receive a flawed or faulty product from us, please contact us immediately (send pictures of the item to email@example.com) and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
